Hospital ERP
Clinical departments, stores and administration on one platform.

In daily use at Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital since 2024
Hospital pharmacy management software controls medicine stock across the hospital: what was bought, from whom, which batch is where, what was issued to which patient, and what is about to expire.
Swastik HMS splits this the way hospitals actually work: a central drug store that buys and supplies, and department and emergency stores that issue to patients. Non-medical supplies run through a separate general store.
The central drug store and the department medicine stores.
The central drug store buys medicine from suppliers and supplies it to department stores. Every movement carries batch, manufacturing and expiry details, so stock and expiry are always known.

Tracking stock only by medicine name hides what matters most. Recording manufacturer, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, MRP and purchase rate on every receipt lets stores issue the earliest-expiring stock first, find a specific batch quickly, value stock accurately and act on expired-medicine reports. Read batch and expiry tracking done right.
The central drug store deals with suppliers and supplies departments; it never issues to patients directly. Department and emergency stores receive stock and issue it to patients against their hospital registration. Keeping the two separate, but connected, is what makes stock at every location visible.
The standard modules cover purchases, stock, supply, patient issues and reports. Retail pharmacy billing with GST invoices at the counter is not part of the standard modules; it can be added through customisation, and Shwastik Tech Solutions also builds a separate Billing & GST product.
Swastik HMS is integrated with ABDM for milestone M1 (ABHA) and milestone M2 (Health Information Provider): ABHA at the counter, automatic care contexts for visits, admissions and reports, and consent-based sharing of encrypted FHIR records.
Create and verify ABHA numbers, log patients in with ABHA, and register them with Scan & Share.
