Its 16 modules cover OPD registration and token queues, IPD and casualty, pathology, radiology and cardiology, drug and medicine stores, blood bank, record room, staff attendance, a helpdesk and ABDM integration, all on one shared patient record.

Yes. Swastik HMS is integrated with ABDM for milestone M1 (ABHA creation, verification, login and Scan & Share) and milestone M2 (Health Information Provider: care contexts and consent-based sharing of encrypted FHIR records). It also integrates with the Health Professional and Health Facility Registries. Each hospital registers its facility and HIP with ABDM to start sharing records, and we help with that onboarding.

Yes. You can deploy Swastik HMS as it is, customise its forms, reports and workflows, or have us build custom hospital software, patient apps and integrations, including ABDM integration for software you already use.

Yes. Shwastik Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an MSME registered under Udyam. For public buyers this can matter under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises, depending on the tender.

Yes. Modules can be deployed individually, so a private hospital can start with the modules it needs, and a diagnostic lab or blood bank can run just those modules. Workflows and reports can be customised.

No. HMS runs in a modern web browser, so counter PCs, ward computers and waiting-hall TVs only need a browser and a network connection. Slips and reports print from the browser on the printers you already have.

Yes, and we recommend it. Registration usually goes live first because every other module builds on the patient record it creates. Each module is proven in daily use before the next one is added.

Yes. HMS can be deployed on a server inside the hospital or on cloud infrastructure. On-premise deployment keeps patient data within the hospital.

Patients open the “For patients” page on this website and enter the mobile number they gave at registration. Their pathology reports open in the browser and can be printed or saved, with no account or app needed.

Access is role- and department-based with separate add, view, edit and delete permissions. Staff sign-ins are recorded, the site is served over HTTPS, and records shared through ABDM are encrypted and limited to what the patient consented to.

HMS records OPD registration fees with exemption categories, pathology bill numbers, and purchase rates and MRP in the drug store. Full patient billing and insurance claims are not part of the standard modules today, and can be added through customisation.

Attendance comes from HMS sign-ins. Signing in starts a session, signing out ends it, and HMS works out hours worked and a daily status. No separate device is needed, and administrators can correct entries.
